May 28: Nutrition Basics ad Kitchen Table Wellness. Dr. Rodgers and Emily Chase of Chase’s Health Food Store will present simple nutrition concepts and ways to prepare food that is easy and nutritious.
June 30th: Diabetes and Managing Blood Sugars. Join Dr. Rodgers and Lou Millikan of Every Day is Gift Coaching to learn why blood sugars go high, how to read your labs, and why new drugs may or may not be helpful. Develop the tools needed to keep your blood sugars healthy.
August 4: Resolving Pain. Many of us suffer from acute or chronic pain. Dr. Rodgers and Toria Broam of Advanced Physical Therapy will discuss the mechanisms of pain and how to reduce or manage pain. Acupuncture and physical therapy will also be discussed.
